In January, LSS Holdings, the parent company for Hughes Environmental and LSS Life Safety Services® was awarded the SBA HUBZone certification with the goal of gaining more federal contract dollars and to bring investment growth to the economies where our company operates. 

HUBZone is short for “Historically Underutilized Business Zone Program.” These areas, which typically have above-average economic development needs, have been flagged by the Small Business Administration to give more contracting opportunities to small businesses located in HUBZones. 

The rigorous application process and the eligibility requirements from HUBZone sets LSS Holdings above the standard of our competitors and highlights the expertise of our staff and our commitment to our community.
